Flow Haulers is a one-truck outdoor demolition shop based in Minnetonka. I work a weekday job like everyone else around here, so the demo work happens after 4 and on weekends — which is when you're actually home anyway.
I have the truck, the dump trailer, and the tools to take structures down. I don't have a contractor license for new construction, and I'm not getting one for this. We tear it down and haul it off. We don't rebuild decks, fences, or sheds.
Why we left junk and hoarder work
Mattress runs, garage piles, and hoarder houses are a race to the bottom. Outdoor demolition pays better, finishes in a day, and fits a real weeknight or Saturday. That's the lane now — decks, fences, and sheds. Not junk bags.
Better money per Saturday
A typical deck or fence job is $1,000–$3,000 and done in a day. Junk bags are a race against every other truck in the metro.
Clear scope
Photos tell the story. You know what's coming down. We know what to haul. No mystery piles in the garage.
No rebuild license
We don't build the replacement. If you already have a contractor, we clear the site so they can start Monday.
The honest schedule
Quotes: same evening, almost always. Site visits when the photos aren't enough. Work: weeknights for smaller jobs, Saturdays for full decks and long fence lines. You'll get a window, not a "sometime this week."
April through June books first. That's when old decks and fences come down before builders start. If you want a Saturday in spring, text photos now — summer evenings fill after that.
