No. We tear them down and haul them off. If you already have a builder lined up, we clear the site so they can start. We don't carry a contractor license for new construction, and we don't pretend to.
No. We used to list that work. We don't anymore. Flow Haulers is outdoor demolition — decks, fences, and sheds. That's it. The work is cleaner, faster, and priced for the job, not by the junk bag.

Evenings after 4 and weekends — especially Saturdays. That's when homeowners are home, and that's when we work. Most jobs finish in a single day. You don't have to take time off.
Many Minnesota cities do not require a permit to remove a residential deck, fence, or shed. Some do, especially if the structure is large or attached. We'll flag it if your city typically wants one. The homeowner usually pulls it if it's needed.
We don't demo concrete. Pads, deck piers, and slabs stay. A concrete crew can take those. Fence posts come out with the fence. The wood, vinyl, or chain-link is our job.
Not for the whole job. We need access to the side yard or gate, a place to stage the trailer, and a way to reach you. Plenty of jobs happen while people are at work or running errands.
Clear personal items off the deck or out of the shed. Unlock the gate. Move grills, planters, and patio furniture that you want to keep. That's it. You don't lift a board.
It goes to the dump or a recycler. We haul it. You don't rent a dumpster, you don't make six hardware-store runs, and you don't have a trailer sitting in the driveway for a week.

No. We're based in Minnetonka, and that's the easiest drive — but we take jobs across the Twin Cities and farther in Minnesota when the teardown is worth it. Text the city with your photos.
