What shed demolition costs in Minnesota
Most residential sheds in Minnesota come down for $720–$2,200, hauled off the same visit. Size and what's inside matter more than the brand on the door.
Size bands that actually show up
A small 8×10 or 8×12 garden shed, empty, starts at $720 and is often $720–$1,100 — a morning job, not a cheap one.
A 10×12 or 10×16 storage shed is the metro average — typically $720–$1,400 if it's empty or lightly packed.
Big workshops, 12×20 and up, or anything with a loft, land $1,200–$2,200. Metal sheds dump differently than wood; we still take both.
Contents are a second job
Empty is cheapest. 'Some stuff' adds $150–$350. A packed shed is two jobs: empty it, then tear it down, often +$350–$750.
We are not a junk-hauling company. If the shed is a storage unit with a roof, say so in the photos so the quote is honest.
Skids, playhouses, pads
Wood floor on skids comes up with the shed. Concrete pads stay — we don't demo slabs. Hire a concrete crew if the pad has to go.
Playhouses, lean-tos, and small greenhouses price like sheds of the same footprint. Same truck, same trailer, same Saturday.

Yes. Prefab wood sheds, metal sheds, and homemade workshops. If it has walls and a roof and it's in the way, we can drop it.
Empty is cheaper. We can empty it — that's priced in. Personal items you want to keep should be out before we arrive.
We leave it. Pads and slabs aren't our job. The shed comes down; the concrete stays for a concrete crew if you want it gone.
